Service

To ensure more efficient handling of your service requests/questions, we have enhanced
our call handling processes.

There are two main ways to place service calls/questions to us:

service@bermudatechnologies.bm giving details of the problem for which you require attention or for any service related questions you may have. Our mail server will send a response to you acknowledging receipt of your e-mail and will pass the e-mail internally to our service department for their attention with copies to our management team for monitoring/escalation purposes.

Important note: Please ensure that there is something in the Subject Line of your e-mail. As a precaution against SPAM and Virus carrying e-mails, our mail server will delete any e-mails with blank Subject Lines without any notification to the sender.

Call us on 296 7000 giving the details of the problem you are experiencing or the assistance you may require.

Please use the e-mail service whenever possible.

Please avoid, where possible, giving calls to our engineers whilst they are on your premises asking them to place calls for you. Service calls/questions passed to them directly by customers may go astray and create delays in resolving your problem/question.
